Getting home from vacation is one of the hardest things. I splurge when we travel. When I get home, I really want to continue splurging. Of course I can’t, though. I tell myself when I get home, I go back to healthier eating. But it is soooo hard to resist baking cookies when that sweet tooth kicks in.
The sunflower butter, chocolate chips, and greek yogurt mix well together and amaze me with somehow combining into an amazing chocolate chip cookie flavor. I don’t really understand how, but It’s the best.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Smoothie
5oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt(or plain yogurt with vanilla extract)
2 Tbs. Sunflower Butter(Peanut butter also works…but sunflower butter is nut allergy friendly)
Handful of Chocolate Chips(optional but highly suggested!)
Handful of Ice Cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
